AI and transformation
Making AI Effective – Through Organizational Development
AI is not just a tool—it is, above all, an organizational transformation process.
I support companies in introducing AI in a way that enables technology, people, and the organization to work together effectively. The goal is to implement AI meaningfully, ensure it is embraced by teams, and make it sustainably effective.
My Role
I support companies in introducing AI so that people and the organization can use the technology effectively—in strategy, collaboration, and decision-making processes.
I do not take on project management or technical implementation. The technical execution is carried out in collaboration with internal IT, data teams, or external technology partners.
My focus is on strategic integration, leadership and decision structures, collaboration, and learning within the process—as prerequisites for effective AI use.
Practice and Approach
• Strategic Integration of AI
Clarifying the vision, value, and organizational relevance of AI in the context of the company’s strategy.
• Leadership and Decision Structures
Engaging leaders, clarifying responsibilities, decision logic, and governance.
• Organization and Collaboration
Designing roles, interfaces, and ways of working across business units, IT, and AI systems.
• Learning and Development in the Process
Supporting pilot initiatives, reflecting on experience, and continuously evolving organizational patterns in day-to-day work.
• Sustainable Embedding
Integrating AI into structures, culture, and everyday practice—beyond isolated projects.

Based on organizational requirements and strategic goals, processes, roles, and interfaces are designed so that AI solutions can be effectively used in daily work. Employee involvement, iterative alignment, and targeted reflection make systemic patterns, cultural imprints, and working habits visible—and open to deliberate development.
Technology creates impact when it is supported and carried by people and the organization.
