I support people in professional transition situations—leaders, project managers, and employees—who want to develop new perspectives, solutions, or ways of acting in order to succeed in demanding work environments. Coaching helps to gain clarity about roles, personal guiding principles, decisions, and possible courses of action, to try out new approaches, and to intentionally enhance one’s impact. This can take place in one-on-one settings or in groups.
My work is guided by individual needs, organizational goals, and the specific professional context. Together, we develop sustainable, practical solutions that are effective in day-to-day work. In this way, you expand your behavioral repertoire, apply your competencies in a situation-appropriate manner, and continuously strengthen your ability to act.
